10th Annual Waite Park Pushcart Derby

Saturday, September 15, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., Waite Park Recreation Center, 1810 – 34th Avenue NE. Teams from all over Northeast Minneapolis will have a chance to take home the title of Pushcart Champion as well as a total of $400 in prize money! Stick around after the Derby for food, music, and games for the kiddies (including a bouncy castle). The Pushcart Derby is a program of the Waite Park Community Council.

Don’ have a push cart? Build one with the help of the Minnesota Tool Library on Sunday, Sept. 9, 1-5 pm.  Drop into the MTL to get some assistance in building your own pushcart to enter into the  Waite Park Pushcart Derby.
