Southern Anoka Community Assistance will distribute free produce in partnership with Second Harvest Heartland on the second and fourth Saturday of the month, July-September, 8:30-11 am (or while supplies last). Distribution takes place in the SACA parking lot at 627 38th Ave. NE. SACA Food Shelf distributes up to 10,000 pounds of fresh fruit and vegetables at each event. Active older adult programs at Northeast Park

Responding to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Piotr Szyhalski began drawing Labor Camp Reports once again. Much like the COVID-19: Labor Camp Report series from 2020, this new and ongoing body of work serves as a way of witnessing and recording the experience of “extreme historical phenomenon” unfolding in real time.
