20th Annual Historic Riverfront 5K Run/Walk

20th Annual Historic Riverfront 5K Run/Walk, Saturday, Sept. 28, 9 am, Boom Island Park, 724 Sibley St. NE. The 20th Historic Riverfront 5K Run/Walk fundraising event is co-organized by St. Anthony West Neighborhood Organization (STAWNO) and Sheridan Neighborhood Organization (SNO), adjacent Northeast neighborhoods on the banks of the Mississippi River. Runners enjoy the timed aspect of the 5K–with prizes by Mill City Running given for all age groups. Walkers enjoy the scenery and the accomplishment. Free Kramarczuk’s brats end the celebration. There will be swag for all participants and coffee for the early morning event. All proceeds benefit SNO & STAWNO civic programs.
