The keynote speaker is Volodymyr Dubovyk, one of the preeminent Ukrainian experts in the fields of international affairs, security studies and foreign policy analysis. Doors open at 5 pm; light buffet served at 5:30. Cash bar; bring a valid ID. Half of the proceeds will go to the Protez Foundation, which helps restore quality of life for Ukrainian soldiers and civilians who have lost limbs to war; the other half will go towards the purchase of a rescue vehicle through UACC’s community-wide crisis response team, Stand With Ukraine MN. The goal is to raise $20,000.
