4th Annual Columbia Heights Pride Festival

Held Saturday, Oct. 8, 11 am-5 pm at Sullivan Lake Park, 721 51st. Ave. NE. The free-to-attend family-friendly event will include local LGBTQIA+ performances, kids’ activities, vendors, food trucks and more. New this year: The Pride Pet PAWrade. All socially friendly pets are welcome to participate dressed in a costume or Pride attire. Feel free to dress up along with your pet. Registration and line up will be at 12:45 pm, with the parade traveling through the park, at 1 pm. Info: https://heightsnext.org/events/pride/

In conjunction with the festival, residents are invited to participate in the Pride of Homes Tour. Build or create an outdoor lawn exhibit to proclaim your support for the festival. The tour allows the community to get outside to celebrate Pride by driving, walking, or biking through the city to view all of the outdoor exhibits representing CoHi Pride.
