AFCAC meeting, new members welcome

The Above the Falls Community Advisory Council (AFCAC), made up of representatives from neighborhoods, businesses, and environmental organizations, will have its next socially distanced meeting, Tuesday, July 28, at 7 pm, at Pavilion C on Boom Island, 724 Sibley St NE.

Membership is open (not appointed). Everyone is welcome. People from Bottineau, Columbia Park, Sheridan, and St. Anthony West are especially needed.

AFCAC weighs in with the City of Minneapolis and the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board on use and development plans for parcels along and adjacent to the Mississippi River from Plymouth Avenue to the northern city limit. Questions and info: email AFCAC@googlegroups.com.
