Utility Bill Clinics, Saturday, Feb. 9, 9 am-noon, in the Council Chambers at St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road NE, free 20-minute energy bill consultations with customized suggestions from the Citizens Utility Board on how to save energy and money on your utility bill.
