Andrew Wykes combined extreme aerial viewpoints taken by a drone with images from our everyday point of view to challenge our understanding of the traditional landscape. “Aloft” begins Saturday, March 8, and runs through Saturday, May 3, at Kolman & Reeb Gallery, Studio 395, Northrup King Building, 1500 Jackson St. NE . The gallery will host an artist reception on Saturday, March 22, 6-8 pm. During an artist talk on Saturday, April 5, 2-3:30 pm, Wykes will speak to gallery patrons about the inspiration for this show.
