Anoka County CareerForce Job Fair

The Columbia Heights Public Library will host an Anoka County CareerForce Job Fair on Monday, Jan. 9, beginning at 9:30 am. From 9:30-10:15 am the Employer of the Day, International Paper Company, will answer questions about applications and hiring, share best practices for resumes, and provide tips for successful interviewing. From 10:30-12:30, ten different employers will have hiring agents onsite, answering questions about open positions, applications, and the hiring process. On-the-spot interviews might be available, and  attendees can use library computers to apply online. Positions available include retail, housekeeping, construction, warehouse, drivers, assembly, health professionals and many more. Employers and positions are subject to change without notice. No registration required.
