Art of Ascension events

Free introductory talk by about the Art of Ascension as Taught by the Ishayas, Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 6 pm, at Eastside Food Co-Op, 2551 Central Ave NE, in the community room. Two teachers will briefly talk about the practice, which is an ancient teaching based in praise, gratitude, love and compassion, that aims to dissolve stress from the body, brings peace to the mind, and returns life to optimal potential. Questions are invited.

A weekend workshop on the practice of the Art of Ascension as Taught by the Ishayas, is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 20, 7-10 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 21-22, 10 am-5 pm, at Holistic Gateway Center, 1415 6th St NE, on the second floor.
