There will be a free introductory talk by about the Art of Ascension, Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 6 pm, at Eastside Food Co-Op, and a weekend workshop Friday, Sept. 20, 7-10 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 21-22, 10 am-5 pm, at Holistic Gateway Center.
