Arts District exhibits in 2021 at MSP airport

Northeast Minneapolis Arts District offers three opportunities to show work at the MSP International Airport. Open to artists who have a studio, live, work, or have a year-round exhibit location in the area between Broadway and 26th Avenue NE, from Central to the Mississippi River (both sides of boundary streets eligible).
One is a continuously looping slide show, unjuried and open to everyone, with images only subject to approval by the airport management (appropriate for all ages, all cultures).
Two juried opportunities are themed “Passages” and “Abstraction.” The looping slide show and materials addressing the District’s history will accompany the Passages exhibit.
Online submission portals will be open August 15 for all three. Submission criteria and instructions are available now at www.northeastminneapolisartsdistrict.org. The work will be on display for a year starting January 2021.
