“The Mississippi River and Our Relationship With It” is the theme of the Audubon Neighborhood Association’s Spring Festival, Saturday, May 6, 11 am-4 pm at Audubon Park, 1320 29th Ave. NE. The Mississippi Watershed Management Organization gave the neighborhood a grant to put on the festival, which will provide a look at the river’s history and current status. The event will include music, games, food and a beer tent. Volunteers needed to set up and break down; contact deborah@audubonneighborhood.org.
