Author Talk: “Why Books Matter”

Friends of St Anthony Library and the Legacy of St Anthony are co-sponsoring an Author Talk with William Kent Krueger on “Why Books Matter,” Monday, Oct. 29, 6:30-8 pm, at Legacy of St. Anthony, 2540 Kenzie Terrace.

Krueger, a writer of novels and short stories, will discuss why the written word is under attack and how we can fight back. Krueger is the New York Times best-selling author of 17 books in the Cork O’Connor series; Desolation Mountain, #17 in the series, was released in August. Book sales and signing will be available after the presentation.
