“Barrels and Beards” to aid Cancer Society, Nov. 24

HeadFlyer Brewing is hosting a “Barrels & Beards” event on Saturday, Nov. 24 to raise money for the American Cancer Society. The “Barrels & Beards” event will start at 1 pm. Attendees can enjoy special beer releases, including the return of BAMF’D, a Barrel Aged Imperial Stout that is aged in barrels of J. Carver Brickyard Bourbon, with flavors of roasted coffee and chocolate. People can also enjoy music from bluegrass band, “Pocketful ‘A’ Change”. The Minnesota Beard and Moustache Coalition will pour beer from 4 – 5 pm and all tips during that hour will go to the American Cancer Society.
To donate, people can contribute in-person at the taproom or online at beard.headflyerbrewing.com. HeadFlyer is located at 861 E. Hennepin Ave.
