The ribbon cutting will take place Monday, Sept. 12, 6:30 p.m. at Beltrami Park, 1111 Summer St. NE. Join the Beltrami Neighborhood Council in celebrating the completion of the picnic pavilion at the BNC Annual Meeting. Pack a picnic dinner and enjoy the evening with your neighbors.
