Brickmania Toyworks open house

Brickmania Toyworks, 1620 Central Ave. NE, #170, a custom LEGO company, will be open to the public Saturday, Dec. 10, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. There will be a play area for all ages to build, giant working train layouts, the world’s largest kinetic ball contraption built from K’nex toys, epic-sized historic LEGO displays, prototype models of past, present, and future building kits, and works in progress by Brickmania master builders.

The designer and creator of the K’NEX ball contraption, which wraps around the room, will be available for questions, the TwinLUG’s LEGO users group will showcase numerous displays, and the 25-foot USS Missouri replica will be on display.
