On Feb. 24, 2022, Russia began its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. One year later, on Friday, Feb. 24, 7 pm the Ukrainian community will hold a candlelight vigil at the Lowry Bridge lit in blue and yellow. All friends of Ukraine welcome.
