Casket Arts Holiday Marketplace

The Casket Arts Building, 681 17^th Ave. NE, in the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District, will have its second annual Holiday Marketplace, Saturday, Dec. 10, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. For those celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, the Winter Solstice, or Festivus, the craft fair-style marketplace offers a way to finish holiday shopping while supporting local artists.

More than 40 artists and makers will line the first floor hallways, showing paintings, jewelry, prints, tiles, sculpture, gifts, and more. There will be live music, treats from Groveland Confection, and food from GastroTruck for vegans and carnivores. Casket Arts will be taking donations for the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train (www.esns.org/event-2359164), to benefit East Side Neighborhood Services.
