The Minneapolis Regional Chamber will host “Chamber Town Talk: Candidate Forum Hennepin County District 2,” Wednesday, Oct. 17, 8-9:30 am, at Jax Café, 1928 University Ave. NE. There are two candidates running for the Hennepin County District 2 seat, Blong Yang and Irene Fernando.
