CHPS Board of Education Candidate Forum

Columbia Heights Public Schools’ Teacher’s Union Local 710 will sponsor a candidate forum for positions on the Columbia Heights Board of Education on Wednesday, Sept. 28,  5:30-7 pm in the Community Room in the District Center. The six people running for the three separate four-year terms were invited to participate. They are Julie Houle, Nate Lourey, Jessica Medearis, Laura Jean Palmer (current member), Israel Tobon and Brenna Zeimet (current member). The public is welcome to attend the forum in person or to watch the livestream on the Columbia Heights Public Schools website https://www.colheights.k12.mn.us. There will be prepared questions asked of all the candidates by the moderator and there will be an opportunity for the public to submit questions which will be collected and asked of all the candidates as time allows.
