“Christmas at DeLaSalle”

Students at DeLaSalle High School have put together a pre-recorded Christmas concert, paired with a dramatic production of Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol.” The program will air Dec. 19 at 7 pm on the DeLaSalle website, www.delasalle.com.

Students in the a cappella choir, concert band, chamber orchestra, and symphonic band used the free music creation app Bandlab to record several songs for the concert. The cast and crew of De LaSalle Theatre used Zoom to record their performance of “A Christmas Carol.” Students used their school-issued iPads to complete the work while they participated in distance learning from home. The broadcast will also feature the artwork of visual arts students.
