Free Basic Computer Training,  Aug. 8-12, participants can enhance their basic computer skills, learn more about Microsoft Word, Internet, and Gmail, and earn a Northstar Digital Literacy Certificate. Living Well with Diabetes, Thursdays, Aug. 4-Sept. 8, 10 a.m.-noon, an evidence-based, self-management workshop that covers many topics including healthy eating, exercise, and medication usage. Participants will set goals, share experiences, and help each other solve problems. The cost is based on ability to pay. No one will be turned away due to financial constraints.
