The City of Columbia Heights will launch its inaugural Music in the Park series this summer as part of the City’s centennial celebrations. The three-part series features current and former Columbia Heights residents. This event is free to the public, but seating is limited. Bring a folding chair or blanket.
Schedule: Wednesday, July 7, Wander North; and Wednesday, Aug. 4, Mama No No and the Yes Men. Each event also includes an opening act and food truck.
Music in the Park will take place at Huset Park East, 3965 Jefferson St., near the Jefferson Building, 6:30-8 pm. Along with musical acts, food and beverages will be available for purchase. Find updates at: columbiaheightsmn.gov/community/music_in_the_park.php or www.columbiaheightsmn.gov/events.
