The League of Women Voters ABC will host a forum for Columbia Heights candidates running in the Primary Election. The forum takes place Monday, July 18, in the Columbia Heights City Council Chambers, 590 40th Ave. NE. No live audience will be in attendance; Meet the Candidates will be taped for multiple cable showings and will be available anytime online. Schedule of events:
6 pm: Candidates for Mayor. The forum will be approximately 45 minutes. Candidates include Cliff Johnson, Michael P. Ahrens and Amáda Márquez Simula.
