Columbia Heights Public Schools Kindergarten Registration Nights

Parents of children who will be five-years-old on or before Sept. 1, 2017 are encouraged to attend kindergarten registration nights at Highland, North Park or Valley View elementary schools. The registration is for the 2017-2018 school year. North Park Elementary School: 10-11 a.m., Nov. 16, 5575 Fillmore Street NE, Fridley, 763-528-4300. If unable to attend, call 763-528-4305 for a personal tour. Valley View Elementary School: 5:30-7 p.m., Nov. 17, 800 49th Ave. NE, Columbia Heights, 763-528-4200. Highland Elementary School: 5:30-7 p.m., Nov. 29, 1500 49th Ave. NE, Columbia Heights, 763-528-4400. “College and Careers start in Kindergarten” nights include information about the school, classroom, teachers and staff, as well as all necessary documentation to register students. Parents and guardians will need to bring the following to help their kindergartner start their graduation pathway: Birth certificate, Immunization records, Early Childhood Screening documents, Current address and phones, Emergency contact information (name, address and phone), and Daycare information (name, address and phone).
