Columbia Heights recreation opportunities

The Columbia Heights Recreation Department is working to offer programs while following COVID-19 guidelines and lowering participant numbers. Programs are subject to change or cancellation. Some upcoming planned events include:
Youth Theater: Mill Street Players, for grades 8-12, Mon-Fri (No Wednesdays) 12:30-4 pm, July 6-Aug. 6, $15.
Puppet Wagon Puppeteers: for grades 4-8, sign up for three weeks max through July 31, 9 am-noon, $8 per week.
Youth Park Programs (with reduced numbers and distancing) Session 2: July 6-Aug. 7, Glitter-Bugs, for 4 years-K, at Ramsdell Park, 9:15 am-noon; Dyno-Hites, for grades 1-3, at Huset Park East, 9 am-noon; S.P.A.R.K.S, for grades 4-5, at Huset Park East, 1-4 pm; and T.N.T, for grades 6-8, at Murzyn Hall, 1-4 pm.
