Summer Basketball Clinic: girls and boys, grades 3-8, Monday-Thursday, July 11-14, 6:30-8:30 p.m., $30 or $40 after June 9 (includes a t-shirt).
Jamboree Men’s Slowpitch Softball Tournament, June 25-26, contact Keith at 763-706-3732.
10th Annual Heights Idol, to determine the next voice of Columbia Heights, Saturday, June 25, 6-8 p.m. Contact Liz at 763-706-3733 for an audition. Youth, adults and senior citizens can compete for prizes, cash, and trophies, to be awarded June 25 during the Heights Jamboree City Celebration. The cost is $10.
Summer theater: Theater in the Park, grades 3-5, June 7-July 14; Millstreet Players Dinner Theater, grades 9 and up, July 19-Aug. 18, 1-2 performances; Moonshoe Players, grades 6-8, June 7-July 14, 1-2 performances; Puppet Wagon Puppeteers, grade 4 and up, June 13-July 29, new performance each week in parks.
