Columbia Heights Winter Recreation: Winter Dance: Jan. 9-March 13, Pre-school-5 grade, $40. Winter Gymnastics: Ages three and up, boys and girls. Tuesdays, Jan. 10-March 7, and Wednesdays, Jan. 11-March 8, these classes fill fast. Martial Arts Classes: Little Tigers 3-6 yrs, Jan. 12-Feb. 2, $35, and Tae Kwon Do levels one and two, Jan. 5-Feb. 9, $45. Ice Skating: Beginner grades 2-5, Saturdays, Jan. 7-Feb. 4, and Open Skate grades 6-8, Saturdays, Jan. 7-Feb.4.  Both only $15 at Ostrander Park. Skate with Samantha and Erick and warm up inside with a cup of cocoa. Crochet Classes for Adults: Jan. 5-Feb. 16, $10. Sports Sampler for Kids: Boys and Girls, 4 yrs.-Kindergarten, and grades 1-3, Tuesdays, Jan. 31-Feb. 28. Evenings at Valley View Elementary, $15.
