The Second Precinct Advisory Council (2PAC) will meet Monday, Dec. 12, at 6 p.m., at Monroe Village Apartments, 1900 Central Ave. NE, in the community room. The meeting will be about planning the Dec. 24 dinner for first responders. The public is welcome.
