Duchnovich Day Celebration

The Rusin Association will hold its annual Duchnovich Day Celebration on Saturday, Feb. 3. Activities include a presentation by Bill Tarkulich who will share his insights and expertise on how to successfully trace your Carpatho-Rusyn roots, followed by a Q&A session.  After the presentation, enjoy a Carpatho-Rusyn ethnic dinner featuring holupbci (cabbage rolls), pirohy, kolbasa (sausage), cucumber salad and dessert. St. Mary’s Orthodox Cathedral Parish Center, 1701 5^th St. NE. 1 pm presentation: Nonmembers, $20 for presentation only. Members, students, and youth, no charge. Pay at the door. 4 pm dinner: Nonmembers, dinner and presentation,$50; members, $45; students $25; youth under 15 ,$15.
