The next East of the River Park Master Plan Community Advisory Committee (CAC) meetings will be Thursday, Sept. 13, 5:30-8:30 pm, at Waite Park Recreation Center, 1810 34th Ave. NE, and Monday, Sept. 24, 5:30-8:30 pm, at Van Cleve Recreation Center, 901 15th Ave. SE.
