Eastside Schools open houses and community BBQ

Edison High School, 700 22^nd Ave. NE, will host an Open House/10^th Annual Eastside Community & Schools BBQ, Thursday, Aug. 25. Eastside schools are kicking-off the school year together. Family, friends, and neighbors are invited. Activities will include the open house, 4-6 p.m., BBQ, 3:30-7:30 p.m., and a meet-and-greet with Minneapolis Public Schools Superintendent Ed Graff, 5-6:30 p.m.

Other schools hosting open houses Aug. 25 include Marcy Open, Northeast Middle, Pillsbury Elementary, Sheridan Elementary, Waite Park Elementary, and Webster Elementary.
