CANCELED: Echoes of the English Renaissance

Under the direction of Nick Chalmers, the Mirandola Ensemble presents “Echoes of the English Renaissance,” a program centered around William Byrd’s “Mass for 5 Voices,” and including verse anthems of Henry Purcell and Tomas Tompkins, as well as 20th century works by John Stainer and Charles Wood.  The candlelit concert begins at 7:30 pm, Saturday, March 28, at Holy Cross Church, located at 1621 University Ave. Tickets can be purchased for $18 at the door, or for $15 if purchased in advance. Tickets can be purchased online at themirandolaensemble.org. There is ample parking.
