Compassionate Ocean Zen Center, 652 17th Ave. NE, will host “For a Future to Be Possible” session on Friday, June 22 from 7-9 pm, with an optional vegetarian potluck at 6 pm. This is an ongoing series of events to help us become more aware, knowledgeable, and active in preserving the natural and social health of our world. It is one of the great challenges of our time to find a way of living that is truly sustainable and in harmony with our planet and with each other. Each evening is a “standalone” event, so people can attend any that they wish. Most evenings will be a combination of sharing information and group dialogue.
