East Side Neighborhood Services’ Empowering Vital Aging (EVA) Program Presents: “Tuesdays with EVA!,” at ESNS in the dining space, 1700 Second St. NE. Refreshments will be provided. To reserve a spot, contact Brenna at 612-787-4055. Programs include: Hot Topics on Summer Fire Safety, July 12, 10-11 a.m., and Current Scams Targeting Seniors, July 26, 10-11 a.m.
ESNS also offers Vital Fitness, Tuesdays, 11 a.m.-noon, a free exercise program to improve balance, strength, and coordination. For more information, contact Gloria at 612-787-4056.
Senior Dining is Monday-Friday, noon-12:30 p.m., offering warm, nutritious meals for those age 60 and older, hosted by Volunteers of America. The cost is $4. Reservations are required three days in advance by calling Dawn at 612-787-4093.
BINGO is Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:30-1:30 p.m. Registration is not required.
