Holy Cross Catholic Church, 1621 University Ave. NE, will have “Gestating Joy: An Advent Meditation,” Wednesday, Dec. 19. On Sunday, Dec. 23, at 3 pm, the church will have “A Tudor Christmas: Reverence and Revelry at the English and Scottish Renaissance Courts.”
