Exhibit opening First Thursday at Q1 Gallery

Q.arma Q1 Gallery, 1224 Quincy St. NE, is having an exhibit opening for Matthew Nolan and Jenny Sorge, Thursday, July 7, 5-9 p.m., during Northeast Artist District First Thursday. Nolan will display his sculpture series, “Shelter In Place.”  A preview can be seen at shelterinplace-portfolio.blogspot.com. Sorge describes her work as innovative in artistic expression because of the wide range of materials she has always had to work with. Other artist in the building will open their studios to the public to show their work in textiles, soy wax candles, pottery, paintings, wood art, and graphic designs.
