“Matter of Balance,” an 8-week fall prevention workshop for seniors 60+, will be held Tuesdays, Oct. 18-Dec. 6, 2-4 pm at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 4101 Washington St. NE. Pre-Registration is required; call Parish Nurse Kathy Rosenberg, RN at 612-296-1812. Class size limited.
