The Second Precinct Advisory Council (2-PAC) will meet Monday, Feb. 11, at 6 p.m., at Monroe Village Apartments, 1900 Central Ave. NE, in the community room. In February, 2-PAC will discuss Crisis Intervention Strategies. How the MPD, HC Sheriff’s Office and others began retraining officers responding to persons in crisis situations. The public is welcome.
