Mortgage Loan Originator, REALTOR®, and Home Inspector are offering a free first-time home-buyers class, Tuesday, June 25, 6:30-8:30 pm, in Eastside Food Co-op’s Community Room, 2551 Central Ave. NE.
The class is designed to help participants determine how much they can afford, what to look for when shopping for a new home, how to make an offer, what’s involved in getting a mortgage and closing a loan, and what to expect after the purchase.
