Mortgage Loan Originator, REALTOR®, and Home Inspector are offering a free first-time homebuyers class, Friday, Sept. 6, 6:15-8:15 pm, in Eastside Food Co-op’s Community Room, 2551 Central Ave. NE.
The class is designed to help participants determine how much they can afford, what to look for when shopping for a new home, how to make an offer, what’s involved in getting a mortgage and closing a loan, and what to expect after the purchase.
