Sign up for a free 20-minute energy bill consultation with the Citizens Utility Board of Minnesota, Saturday, Feb. 9, 9 am-noon, or Wednesday, Feb. 13, 5:30-7:30 pm, at St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road.
