Free fall prevention clinic

A free Fall Prevention Clinic will be held Friday,  June 1, 1:30-3:00 at Fitness Crossroad, 2912 Pentagon Drive. All are welcome from the community. The workshop will include the discussion of risk factors of falls, learning safety tips to prevent falls, introduction to low impact fall prevention exercises to improve balance, and hands-on practice getting up from a fall. Sign up: Call the front desk 612-788-1100.
