Free Mental Health First Aid Course

NAMI Minnesota (National Alliance on Mental Illness) will have a free Mental Health First Aid training course, Tuesday, April 9, 8 am-5 pm, at the American Red Cross Regional Office, 1201 West River Parkway, in Minneapolis.
The eight-hour class is designed to teach the basic first aid skills needed to help a person who is experiencing a mental health problem or crisis. The course is aimed at improving mental health literacy. Participants will receive a course manual and certificate for completing the course.
