Fun on the Run at Windom Park

The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board’s (MPRB) has launched Winter Fun on the Run, with staff bringing outdoor recreation and activities to seven neighborhood parks throughout the city, on a rotating schedule.

Youth and teens are invited to Windom Northeast Park, 2251 Hayes St. NE, Thursdays, 1-3 pm, for fun and games at a safe and social distance.

Activities may include sledding, kick sledding, snow soccer, snow fort building, snowman building, and snow corn hole. All activities are free (no registration is necessary). MPRB staff sanitize equipment after each use and help ensure participants follow social distancing guidelines. Info: 612-370-4905.
