“Future of Food” panel discussion

Pathways Healing Center invites the community to explore optimal personal and community health and wellness through an upcoming panel discussion, “Future of Food,” Tuesday, Oct. 15, 6-8:30 pm, at Ritz Theater, 345 13th Ave. NE. Light hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be provided.

The panel will explore food and health from the diverse perspectives and personal stories to inform and identify options for personal and community healing. Panelists: Beth Dooley, Star Tribune Taste section writer and frequent Kare 11 and Minnesota Public Radio’s “Appetites” guest; Dr. Gregory Plotnikoff, founder and medical director at Minnesota Personalized Medicine; Cecily Sommers, futurist and innovation expert; and Scott Endres, principal and co-founder of Tangletown Gardens and Wise Acre Eatery.
