Minneapolis Third Ward Council Member Steve Fletcher invites constituents to Good Morning Ward 3, Wednesday, Aug. 15, 7:30-9 am, at Kramarczuk’s, 215 E. Hennepin Ave. The guest speaker will be Michelle Rivero, the new Director of the City’s Office of Immigrant and Refugee Affairs (OIRA). She will share an overview of the work of the OIRA and how to ensure that Minneapolis is a safe and welcoming place for all.
