Grief Support Group

A Grief Support Group is offered again at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 4101 Washington St. NE, Columbia Heights. This class is open to anyone that has experienced the death of a loved one. They meet every Wednesday evening for 12 weeks from 6:30-8:30 pm, beginning Aug. 29 and running through Nov. 14. Each topic is self-contained so you don’t have to attend in sequence and includes a brief video seminar, followed by supportive group discussion.
