Griefshare, a grief support group, is being offered at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 4101 Washington St. NE, to anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one. The group meets every Wednesday, 6:30-8:30 pm, for 12 weeks, Sept. 4-Nov. 20.
Each topic is self-contained, and includes a brief video seminar, followed by supportive group discussion. The class is free, but preregistration is encouraged. Registration and information: 763-788-9427.
